Ambient air quality

Aeroqual Multiparameter Gas Monitor

The Aeroqual Multiparameter Gas Monitor is a portable, real-time environmental monitoring instrument designed for the measurement and assessment of ambient air quality and gaseous pollutants. The system provides field-based measurement of selected gas parameters, allowing environmental conditions to be assessed directly at the monitoring location.

Depending on the sensor configuration, it can measure volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), ozone (O₃), sulphur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), and other target gases.

Uses and applications

The equipment is suitable for ambient air-quality assessment, emissions monitoring, pollution investigations, occupational exposure assessment, environmental baseline studies, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and environmental compliance monitoring.

Its portable configuration allows measurements to be taken at multiple monitoring locations and under varying environmental and operational conditions, providing quantitative field data for environmental assessment and reporting.

On-site environmental assessment

GreyWolf Sensing Instruments Mobile Laboratory

The GreyWolf Sensing Instruments Mobile Laboratory is a portable environmental monitoring and measurement system designed to provide on-site assessment of air quality and other environmental parameters.

The system can accommodate a range of sensing and monitoring instruments for the measurement of gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter, and other air-quality parameters, depending on its configuration. Its mobile laboratory format brings environmental monitoring and analytical capabilities directly to the field, supporting efficient data collection and preliminary assessment at project and industrial locations.

Uses and applications

The system is suitable for environmental baseline surveys, ambient air-quality monitoring, industrial hygiene assessments, workplace environmental monitoring, pollution investigations, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), emissions-related investigations, and environmental compliance monitoring.

It can support field measurements across industrial facilities, oil and gas locations, construction sites, waste-management facilities, marine and coastal environments, and other locations requiring environmental assessment.

Marine water-column profiling

CTD Profiler

The CTD (Conductivity, Temperature and Depth) Profiler is a marine environmental monitoring instrument designed to obtain detailed measurements throughout the water column. It measures conductivity, temperature, and depth at different water levels, with the resulting data providing information on important physical characteristics of the aquatic environment.

Conductivity measurements can be used to determine salinity, while temperature and salinity data provide information on water-density characteristics and variations within the water column.

Uses and applications

The CTD Profiler is suitable for marine environmental baseline studies, oceanographic surveys, coastal and offshore environmental monitoring, water-quality investigations, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), hydrographic investigations, and aquatic ecosystem assessments.

It is particularly applicable to offshore installations, dredging operations, marine construction activities, coastal developments, ports, terminals, discharge locations, and other projects requiring detailed assessment of marine environmental conditions.

CTD profiling provides vertical water-column data that can be integrated with other water-quality and marine survey parameters to support environmental assessment, monitoring, and technical reporting.

Equipment support

Additional equipment.

Sludge evacuation & transfer

Sludge Pump

Pumping equipment for sludge evacuation, tank clean-outs and the transfer of material during on-site operations.

Uses and applications

Supports sludge removal and transfer during tank cleaning and waste-handling work. The material characteristics and transfer requirements are considered when defining the pumping arrangement.

Temperature-controlled preparation

Water Bath

Provides temperature-controlled water for warming and holding laboratory samples and reagents under steady conditions. It supports sample preparation and analytical work.

Uses and applications

Used for controlled warming and temperature-dependent steps in sample preparation. Operating temperature and holding time are set to match the laboratory method.

Organic compound analysis

FID Gas Chromatograph

Gas chromatography separates a sample into components; flame-ionisation detection measures organic compounds as they leave the column. The instrument supports laboratory analytical work.

Uses and applications

Used for measuring organic compounds, including hydrocarbons, in prepared samples. Suitability depends on the target compounds, column, sample preparation and analytical method.
